Leaked copy of damning audit prompts effort to recall PPS Board Chair
A draft audit by Sjoberg Evashenk Consulting reportedly found the district raised fraud risk by handing bond oversight to Procedeo, cut modernization staff, and overpaid Procedeo by more than $700,000; Procedeo disputes this. Former board member Michael Rosen filed a recall petition against board chair Eddie Wang and must gather about 38,000 valid signatures within three months.
