ORS chapter 279C - Public improvement (construction) contracts
Construction contracts must generally be competitively bid (ORS 279C.300, 279C.335). Projects built without competitive bidding over $100,000 must be evaluated after completion (ORS 279C.355). Relevant to how bond-funded school construction is contracted.
